  • General statistics – data about attendances
  • Time Statistics – waiting time and duration of the attendances
  • Characterization statistics – Oriented reports by services and attendancies

sigaPlus solution has all the funcionalities of sigaBase plus an Attendance Appointment website.

sigä provides an App for smartphone and tablet that allows to take a digital ticket at distance.

Through mobile system, on the option Get Ticket you’ll get information about:

  • The closest attendance place
  • How many people are waiting
  • Average waiting time
  • The best way to get there on Map menu

On option Schedule Appointment you can choose the place and date of your convenience.
